How do I know what kind of repair expert I need?
You don't need to know! You can just search for the symptom, like 'broken shoe sole' or 'zipper stuck', and we'll show you the repair experts who can fix that specific problem.
Is it free to use?
Yes, searching and contacting repair experts on the platform is completely free for customers. You pay the repair expert directly for the repair service.
How do I register my repair shop?
If you are a repair expert, click on 'Register as Repair Expert' at the top of the page. It's free to create a profile and list your services, location, and working hours.
